How did Mark Shelden spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Mark Shelden's election campaign committee, Citizens for Mark Shelden, spent $4,268 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Shelden's committee spent the most on radio advertising in the quarter, with 46% of this total ($945) going to Illini Radio Group in Champaign. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Shelden's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
