1. Appeal of Michelle Staebell, 2865 Manitou Road, Rochester, NY 14624, to renew a Home Occupation Permit to operate an in-home occupation (Towner Taxes), this to occur on property located at same, whereas, this is an in-home occupation that may be allowed with a permit granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to Chapter 300-54, in an R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct. #117.04-3-10

2. Appeal of Jon Gatti, 8 Blackburn Knoll, Spencerport, NY 14559, for two (2) area variances on property located at same, to construct a 22’ x 36’ x 19’ high (832 sq. ft.) accessory building, whereas, no accessory building may exceed 600 square feet total and whereas, no accessory structure height shall exceed 15’, respectively pursuant to Chapter 300-28 F (3) (b) and Chapter 300-28 F (4) (b) in an R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct #085.04-2-20

3. Appeal of Grant Pettrone, 9 Pettrone Terrace, Spencerport, NY 14559, for two (2) area variances on property located at same, to construct a 48’ x 56’ accessory building with a 8’ x 16’ covered porch with a height of 22’ (2816 sq. ft. total), whereas, no accessory building may exceed 600 square feet total and whereas, no accessory structure height shall exceed 15’, respectively pursuant to Chapter 300-28 F (3) (b) and Chapter 300-28 F (4) (b) in an R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct #117.01-2-43.12

4. Appeal of Amber Whitman, 405 Ogden Parma Town Line Road, Spencerport, NY 14559, for an area variance on property located at same, to install a swimming pool with a side setback at a distance of 8’, whereas, swimming pools shall be not less than 20 feet from side lot line, pursuant to Chapter 260-3 in an R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct # 087.01-1-2

5. Appeal of Nicole Clemente of Rochester Chiropractic, 2139 Union Street, Suite 7, Spencerport, NY 14559, for a special sign permit to install a commercial sign, on property located at same, whereas each separate commercial or industrial enterprise shall be permitted to erect, upon obtaining a permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals, a single sign mounted or placed on the front of a building covering not more than 20% of the front wall allocated to such enterprise, pursuant to Chapter 224-8 A in a General Commercial District. Tax Acct. #087.05-8-1

6. Appeal of Scott & Rae Edwards, 31 Barkwood Lane, Spencerport, NY 14559, for an area variance on property located at same, for an existing 4’ tall closed construction fence on pool deck whereas any fence in a residential district shall be of open construction, pursuant to Chapter 300-50 B (1) in an R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct # 101.02-3-31
