On July 18, 2025, Miller voiced support for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and criticized Democrats for their stance on immigration enforcement. She wrote, "While Democrats call for violence against our brave ICE agents, illegal criminals wreak havoc in our communities. I stand with the brave men and women defending America by deporting foreign criminals. STAND WITH ICE!"
Later that day, Miller commented on allegations regarding Democratic actions related to federal investigations. She stated, "Democrats knowingly spent YEARS spreading lies—wasting your tax dollars chasing a HOAX they knew was false from the start. Unforgivable!! I encourage you to read through this. People need to be in handcuffs."

Miller has served as the representative for Illinois’s 15th District since replacing John Shimkus in 2021. Born in Oak Park in 1959 and currently residing in Oakland at age 63, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University.
