Q1 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60960?

There was one offender released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 60960, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Chambana Sun.

The data shows that the man was released in the Vandalia zip code. The 28-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 4 years in prison for a financial crime or fraud in 2018 when he was 27 years old.
