The campaign committee of attorney general candidate Erika Harold, Citizens For Erika Harold, returned a $100 contribution from john heisel on Jan. 15, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. heisel has not made any other contributions to Erika Harold in the past 12 months.
