How did George Vargas spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican George Vargas's election campaign committee, Friends of George Vargas, spent $13,065 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Vargas's committee spent the most on radio advertising in the quarter, with 48% of this total ($2,272) going to Stevie Jay Broadcasting in Urbana. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Vargas's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
