Atwood-Hammond Public Library District Board met Feb. 21.

A Special meeting of the A-HPLD Board of Trustees was held in the Atwood Library facility Tuesday, February 21, 2017. Vice President Bev Obert called the meeting to order at 9:30 AM. Answering roll call: C. Adcock, R. Adcock, Brandenburg, and Obert. Absent Kerns, Lyons, and Parsano. Non-Members present: Burgener
Discussion was held to consider loan terms from Busey Bank.
A motion was made by C. Adcock, Seconded by R. Adcock to adopt the loan proposal from Busey Bank. C. Adcock and B. Obert will sign the loan documents for the Library. Roll call vote: Voting Yes-C. Adcock, R. Adcock, Brandenburg, and Obert. There were no votes in opposition. Motion carried.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:37 a.m.
