19 Champaign County residents in their sixties test positive for COVID-19

As of May 19, there have been 19 Champaign County residents in their sixties who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

There have been 1,005 residents in their sixties in the county who had been tested, meaning that one percent of those tested have the coronavirus. Through May 19, there have been 435 confirmed COVID-19 cases and seven deaths from the coronavirus in Champaign County.
