Sibley home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Sibley fell by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $38,500 - a 14.4% decrease over the $45,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Sibley in 2018.

The median sales tax in Sibley for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,026, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for 2019.
