Gibson City home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Gibson City rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,500 - a 12.9% increase over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Gibson City in the second half of 2018.
