Gibson City home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Gibson City rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Gibson City in the third quarter of 2018.
