The Savoy Planning Commission held its regular meeting Dec 14, where it voted on approving the general plan and preliminary plat map for the Prairie Fields subdivision.
The Commission also held a public hearing on Kenneth Johnson's request to rezone the property at 209 N. Dunlap Ave. as "neighborhood commercial" to pursue a commercial retail and storage development there.
