Rep. Mary Miller, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Illinois’ 15th district since 2021, used her social media platform to express support for former President Donald Trump and to criticize both President Joe Biden and Illinois Governor JB Pritzker in a series of posts on July 21 and July 22, 2025.
Later that day, she praised Trump’s leadership in his second term: "Six months into his second term, President Trump is leading with boldness, courage, and wisdom — reviving the economy, securing the border, and restoring American strength. I thank the Lord for his leadership and pray He continues to guide and protect him. "
On July 22, Miller continued her commentary on immigration policy: "Under President Trump, illegal aliens are no longer being released into the U.S., something Biden intentionally failed to do. All it took was a President who puts America First!"
Mary Miller has represented Illinois’s 15th District since replacing John Shimkus in 2021. She was born in Oak Park, Illinois in 1959 and currently resides in Oakland. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University.
