For the first time in its history, Illinois women's basketball has sold out all reserved seat season tickets at State Farm Center. This announcement follows an earlier milestone when the program reported its first-ever suite season sellout in August.
"I'm so excited to be able to announce that we have sold out reserved seat season tickets for the first time ever," said Fighting Illini women's basketball head coach Shauna Green. "I want to thank each and every one of you that has bought them. You all continue to show up and support this program and we are extremely grateful. Thank you and see you all in State Farm Center soon!"
General admission season tickets for the 2025-26 Illinois women's basketball games at State Farm Center remain available for purchase, as do single-game tickets.
The team recently completed a successful season with 22 wins and a third consecutive postseason appearance. Last year also marked their first NCAA Tournament win in 25 years, and they matched a program record by securing four victories over AP Top-25 ranked opponents during the 2024-25 season.
Under Coach Green's leadership, Illinois has achieved a 63-35 overall record, including a 30-24 mark in Big Ten play over three seasons. The program has set records for total wins under a head coach, earned its first postseason championship (the 2024 WBIT), and maintained top-five attendance figures at home games for three straight years. Other accomplishments include six wins against AP Top 25 teams, double-digit home victories across three consecutive seasons—a first for the program—and recruiting a class ranked seventh nationally by espnW for the upcoming campaign.
