Rep. Mary Miller, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Illinois’ 15th district, has shared her views on various national issues through a series of tweets. Having replaced John Shimkus in 2021, Miller has been vocal about her stance on foreign ownership of American land, foundational values of the nation, and fiscal responsibility.

On June 19, 2025, Rep. Mary Miller expressed concerns regarding foreign ownership of American property by stating "No foreign adversary, especially the CCP, should own even one inch of American land."

Later that day, she emphasized the importance of core values in America with a tweet saying "Focus on the values that make this country great: faith in God, family, and freedom. These are the foundations that unite us and keep our nation strong."

On June 20, 2025, Miller addressed financial concerns by highlighting the national debt issue: "$37 TRILLION in national debt is a national security crisis. Congress must quickly cut waste, fraud, and abuse, and stop DC’s reckless spending!"

Born in Oak Park and residing in Oakland at age 63 as of now (2023), Miller holds a BA from Eastern Illinois University.
