The City of Champaign (City) is requesting Letters of Interest to provide professional architectural services to support City facility projects. The City intends to use a qualification-based selection process for the procurement of these services (City Administrative Policy 2.08). This selection is for three years of service, starting in 2023 and extending through 2025.
The selected architect or architectural firm will provide architectural services to augment the City’s Public Works staff in the planning, programming, and execution of City facility projects. City facility projects will be developed for the City of Champaign Police Station, six Fire Stations, City Building, Public Works Center, and any other auxiliary facility in the City’s portfolio.
The City will review all Letters of Interest and select the individuals or firms that best meet the City’s requirements for an interview. All Letters of Interest must be received no later than 3:00 p.m., CST, on Friday, June 16, 2023. Review the Letter of Interest.
