In order to continue the sanitary sewer work for the South Downtown Sanitary Sewer Project, Stark Excavating will be closing a portion of northbound Neil Street between White Street to Springfield Avenue.

The Code Compliance Division of the Neighborhood Services Department continued to receive a high number of tenant inspection requests and housing inspection cases in 2023. This continues a trend that began in 2021. Tenant inspection requests are requests for inspection from tenants in rental units. Housing inspection cases include exterior structure complaints, fire damaged properties, and referrals from the Fire Department for other issues that were observed (such as carbon monoxide issues, fire alarm issues, or frozen/leaking pipes).
