WASHINGTON - On March 6, 2024, the U.S. House of Representatives voted on the first half of a $1.65 trillion omnibus bill that funds Joe Biden's radical agenda. Congresswoman Mary Miller (R-IL) voted against the bill and made the following statement:

"I am voting against the $1.65 trillion omnibus spending bill because we are $34 trillion in debt, the U.S. dollar is becoming worthless, and our country is being invaded, but this spending bill fails to seriously cut wasteful D.C. spending or force Biden to the table to secure the border.

"The omnibus bill funds sanctuary cities that refuse to work with ICE to deport criminal illegal aliens, it funds the Biden DOJ's partisan prosecution of Joe Biden's political opponents, and it allows the VA to pay for abortions and gender 'transitions' with tax dollars. I will not vote to fund Joe Biden's radical left-wing agenda."
