About this event
Techniques for coping with labor, general relaxation and breathing methods are taught in this class. A tour of the labor and delivery and postpartum area is included in the last week of class. A two-week or four-week series is offered for your convenience. You’re encouraged to complete this series by your 36-37th week of pregnancy. For optimal scheduling you may wish to register in your first trimester. There’s no fee for this class.
Class meets Tuesday evenings, January 4, 11, 18, & 25 at 6:30 p.m. Each class is scheduled for two hours.
