7.a. Introduce and approve Resolution # 22-21 and presentation of plaque for Clem Gottsacker to recognize his years of service as Village Trustee

9.a. Approve Minutes

9.b. Approve Anthem Health Insurance, Delta Dental and Vision renewal as recommended by Finance & Personnel Committee

9.c. Approve renewal of property, liability, auto insurance and workers' compensation through Ansay Insurance

9.d. Approve appointment of Trustee Victor Lecato to the following committees: Public Utilities, Park & Recreation, and Public Works as recommended by Village President

9.e. Approve appointment of Trustee Roseanne Geib to the Parks & Recreation Committee as recommended by Village President, Pete Anzia.

9.f. Approve donation of Park Shelter rental to American Legion as raffle item for their Tailgate fundraiser

10. UNFINISHED BUSINESS-CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING:

10.a. Review of proposed drafts and approval of Ordinance 26-21 ATV-UTV Ordinance creating article IVA of Chapter 262 of the code of the Village of Belgium

10.b. Approve increase spending for Wastewater Treatment plant valve replacement. Board approved $5-6,000 at October Board meeting.

11. NEW BUSINESS - CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING:

11.a. Cedar Grove-Belgium School District Charter School Presentation

11.b. Approve new Life insurance plan

11.c. Introduce and approve Resolution # 27-21 Adoption of 2022 General Fund Budget and establishing the 2021 Tax Levy for the Village of Belgium.

11.d. Approve 2022 TID Budget, Capital Project Fund, and Debt Service Fund, and Special Revenue Fund Budget as recommended by Finance & Personnel Committee

11.e. Approve proposed 2022 Water Budget as recommended by Public Utilities Committee:

11.f. Introduce and approve Resolution # 29-21 Establishing Sewer Service Charges as recommended by Public Utilities Committee to increase the sewer volume charge per thousand and septic and holding tank rates by 3% starting with the first quarter billing in 2022.

11.g. Approve proposed 2022 Sewer Budget as recommended by Public Utilities Committee:

11.h. Approve authorization letter to request an official email address (belgiumwi.gov) through the government's regulated Domain Name System per the Wisconsin Election Commission recommendation.

11.i. Approve new Operator License application for Alan Olson

11.j. Discussion and possible action regarding meeting pay for Village Officials and Village Staff for attending "Public Meetings".

11.k. Approve Park & Recreation committee recommendation to have New Horizon Ventures, LLC complete the design and engineering for the Community Park project.

11.l. Approve Park & Recreation committee recommendation that the Village apply for the Tourism Capital Grant.

11.m. Approve Park & Recreation Committee recommendation to not monitor and remove books from the Little Free Library collection houses owned by the Village
