The Plan Commission of the Village of Belgium was called to order by Village President Pete Anzia at 7:00 PM, in the Village Hall, 104 Peter Thein Ave, with the following members present:
1 CALL TO ORDER
Silence all cell phones
2 ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS
PRESENT : Clem Gottsacker, Daniel Birenbaum, Joan Gottsacker, Pete Anzia, Vickie Boehnlein, and Carissa Barnes and Building Inspector Roger Kison. Also in attendance: Ian McCain Ansay Development, and resident Rebecca Bink.
EXCUSED: Don Tuhy
a) The meeting is in compliance with Wisconsin Open Meetings Law.
b) All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance to American Flag and Moment of Silence.
3 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a) Approve meeting minutes:
Moved by Vickie Boehnlein, seconded by Daniel Birenbaum, to approve meeting minutes for Special Plan Commission meeting October 19, 2020.

4 BUILDING INSPECTOR REPORT
a) Village Building Inspector Roger Kison provided an update of current building activity in the Village.
5 AGENDA ITEMS: CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING:
a) Make recommendation to approve petition for a condo overlay for 157-159 Spring Street:
Moved by Pete Anzia, seconded by Clem Gottsacker, to make recommendation to Village Board to approve condo overlay for 157-159 Spring Street.

c) Approve plans for new construction 515 Hickory Street, tax key #18-106-04-06- 000:

d) Approve plans for three apartment buildings construction First Street tax key #18-071-10-08-001: DPW Superintendent Dan Birenbaum asked if the Engineering review items have been addressed and resolved. Ian McCain from Ansay Development confirmed this.
