8.a. Update and possible action regarding Fair Labor Standards Act: Calculating regular rate of pay as applied to calculating overtime wages for nonexempt employees. Tabled from July 13 Village Board meeting.
8.b. Recognize Belgium Scout pack 806 for constructing free little libraries located at Community Park and Village Hall.
8.c. Motion to convene in closed session pursuant to § 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats., for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public property where competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, to-wit: to discuss strategy for and terms of possible acquisition of property from Allen Cota for storm water pond.

9. NEW BUSINESS - CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING:
9.a. Approve Park & Recreation Committee's recommendation that the Village submit an application annually for the ATC Community Planting Program grant based on the Village's need to be determined by the Park and Recreation Committee.
9.b. Approve Certificate of payment for Chestnut Street Repair & Resurface project.
9.c. Approve Finance & Personnel's recommendation to renew Building Inspector's contract for calendar year 2021.
9.d. Approve Finance & Personnel's recommendation to switch to Spectrum for phone/internet services.
9.e. Approve Finance & Personnel's recommendation of amended Social Media Policy regarding sharing on the Communities Link page.
9.f. Approve Finance & Personnel recommendation that the Village does not stop withholding of applicable payroll tax obligations as allowed for in Notice 2020-65
