Rantoul City School District 137 issued the following announcement on Jan. 21.
The second eighth grade field trip of the year is this Thursday, January 23, 2020. Students will attend the annual Eighth Grade Career Conference at the I-Hotel in Champaign. The bus departs at 8:20, and students will return to school by 12:30. If you do not want your student to participate in the field trip, please notify the main office. If your student is unable to attend a field trip for any reason and attends school on the day of the trip, he/she will be involved in a working study hall.
