Call to Order – 5:32 pm
The regular meeting of the Board of Education of Danville Community Consolidated School District No. 118 was called to order by the president. Mr. Dobbles requested a motion to go into closed session for the purpose of student discipline, personnel, and negotiations. Mr. Henderson moved approval; Mrs. Halloran seconded. Motion carried by a 7-0 vote.
Reconvene Open Meeting & Discipline Motions – 6:52 pm
Mr. Henderson moved approval to uphold the findings of the Board in the following discipline recommendation; Dr. Ashton seconded. Motion carried by 7-0.

Superintendent/Board Comments – 6:53 pm
Mr. Dobbles asked the Board if they were interested in going to the conference this year. Dr. Geddis previously said that we would go every other year. Mr. Henderson and Mrs. Halloran opted out of going. Pastor Miller said he did not have to go. Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Schroeder said that they wished to attend.
Mr. Henderson requested the agreement with the City that was negotiated with Vicki Hogan regarding the demolition of the three properties on Hazel Street. Dr. Geddis believes that there were emails acknowledging that we agreed. Mr. Henderson would like to see the information before the next Board meeting.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, Mr. Dobbles declared the meeting adjourned.
