Rantoul home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Rantoul fell by $26,100 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,400 - a 33.7% decrease over the $77,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Rantoul in November 2016.
