The village of Tolono Board of Trustees met April 5 to hear updates for a number of projects, including the possible purchase of a combination sewer cleaner and the acquisition of the easements needed to repair the drainage problem at 205 N. Elizabeth St.
In new business, the chair of the village of Tolono Planning Commission issued a letter to the Champaign County Department of Planning and Zoning certifying that the Village waives any requirement that it will enforce its extra-territorial jurisdiction relating to a 3-acre tract on 945 County Road 800 N.
The village also approved payment of bills and warrants presented, and met in executive session to discuss a personnel matter.
