The Rantoul Village Plan Commission will meet on Monday, March 28 to consider a request from Apgar Investments LLC to rezone all or parts of four lots near 710 W. Champaign Ave. as part of a planned commercial development.
The company wants to rezone the lots from residential to general commercial zoning.
The commission also will consider Dirk Richmond's appeal against a property maintenance violation citation he received for 1168 Bel Air Drive.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:15 p.m. at the Rantoul Municipal Building, 333 S. Tanner St.
