The plans were presented by the village's zoning administrator.
The board's agenda also contained an ordinance establishing truck routes, a review of the hiring process for a treasurer and an office assistant, and a discussion on enforcement of the village's leaf ordinance.
The board also discussed purchasing a leaf vacuum.
