The Champaign City Council approved an outline of goals and visions for its current term during its Jan. 19 meeting at the Champaign City Building.
The council also unanimously approved extensions of the city's service agreements with the Champaign County Economic Development Corp. and Cityware, as well as new rules for the maximum value of raffle prizes and the maximum price per chance.
All council members were present.
