Rep. Mary Miller, currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Illinois’ 15th district, used her social media platform this week to call for changes in federal election law and criticize the Biden administration’s immigration policies.
On November 6, 2025, Miller advocated for stricter voting requirements in federal elections, writing, "Proof of U.S. citizenship must be required to vote in federal elections. It’s time for Congress to pass the SAVE Act!"
Later that day, she commented on the transition between presidential administrations and economic conditions, stating on November 6, 2025: "President Trump inherited a nation weakened by Joe Biden’s failures — record inflation, historic trade deficits, a wide-open border, reckless spending, and a bloated federal bureaucracy. @POTUS is rebuilding America’s strength and restoring prosperity for every family."
On November 7, 2025, Miller criticized the current administration's handling of Social Security numbers and immigration policy: "The Biden administration handed out MILLIONS of Social Security numbers to illegal aliens while hardworking American citizens get left behind. This is INSANITY. Every single one must be revoked immediately."
Miller has represented Illinois’ 15th district since replacing John Shimkus in 2021. She won her seat by significant margins in both the 2020 and 2022 general elections—defeating Erika Weaver with over 73% of the vote in 2020 and Paul Lange with more than 71% in 2022.
