In Champaign, Clark Street between Randolph Street and Neil Street is temporarily closed due to emergency sewer work. Hoerr Construction is responsible for the closure, which began today. Although through traffic is restricted, access to all properties along this section of Clark Street will be maintained.
The current closure will last until 5 p.m. today, June 17. The road will be closed again on Wednesday, June 18, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., as stated by the contractor.
This temporary measure aims to facilitate necessary repairs while minimizing disruption to local residents and businesses.
