Rep. Mary Miller, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Illinois’ 15th district since 2021, recently shared her views on various national issues through a series of tweets. Known for her outspoken opinions, Miller addressed cultural concerns and fiscal policies in these posts.

On June 3, 2025, Rep. Mary Miller stated "America is currently at a crossroads. We can either continue down a path of cultural decay or we can return to the timeless truths that have always sustained us. If we want to preserve our nation for future generations, we must reject pride and rebuild the family." She emphasized the importance of maintaining traditional values as a means to ensure the nation's prosperity for future generations.

In another tweet from the same day, Miller expressed concern over government spending on public media organizations and international aid agencies. She wrote "The woke mob is coming for our kids, and they’re using taxpayer dollars to do it." She called for urgent action on President Trump's proposed rescissions package aimed at defunding PBS, NPR, and USAID, urging that it be brought to the floor for a vote within the week.

Mary Miller was born in Oak Park, Illinois in 1959 and currently resides in Oakland. She graduated with a BA from Eastern Illinois University.
