On May 22, 2025, Rep. Mary Miller expressed her condolences following a tragic event. She stated: "This is heartbreaking news. My prayers are with the families and loved ones of the victims. The evil perpetrator must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! Antisemitism has no absolutely place in America." This tweet underscores her condemnation of antisemitic acts and calls for legal action against those responsible.

Later that day, on May 22, 2025, she posted another message targeting Jill Biden with serious accusations: "Jill Biden was complicit in covering up Joe Biden’s mental and physical decline. She should face CRIMINAL CHARGES for elder abuse!!" In this statement, Miller accuses Jill Biden of misconduct related to President Joe Biden's health.

The following day, on May 23, 2025, Rep. Miller addressed immigration concerns in Illinois by mentioning Governor JB Pritzker: "These are the foreign terrorists JB Pritzker is fighting to keep in Illinois—and there are plenty more we don’t even know about." She emphasized the need for their removal and thanked ICE for their efforts.
