A&R Services has announced plans to intermittently close the left southbound lane of Neil Street, between Hill Street and Main Street. This is part of the Downtown Plaza Project, which involves installing a new brick paver carriage along Neil Street. The closures are scheduled to begin on Monday, March 3, and conclude on Monday, March 10, 2025.
The closure will be limited to specific hours, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., ensuring that one lane of traffic remains open in the area during this period.
