Gibson Area Hospital and Health Services (GAHHS) has announced its holiday hours for various clinics and services across multiple locations. Patients are advised to take note of the specific closures and adjusted operating times during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
The GAH Advanced Wound Healing Clinic located at the Main Hospital Campus will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Similarly, the Behavioral Wellness Center at #10 Doctors Park in Gibson City will not operate on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, December 26th, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
Caring Connections, which provides geriatric behavioral services at #10 Doctors Park in Gibson City, will remain closed on both Christmas Day and New Year's Day. The GAH Cardiology Clinic situated on the second floor of the Medical Office Building in Gibson City will close on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day but will open until noon on New Year's Eve before closing again on New Year's Day.
GAH Diabetes Support Services located at the Hospital Main Campus will be unavailable from Christmas Eve through to New Year's Day. The GAH Dental Health service also follows a similar schedule with closures on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
For those seeking fitness services, GAH Elite Sport and Fitness facilities in Gibson City, Paxton, Fairbury, and Cissna Park have varying schedules. Locations in Gibson City, Paxton, and Fairbury are open from 4:30 am to 1 pm on Christmas Eve but closed on Christmas Day. Meanwhile, Cissna Park is operational from 5 am to 11:30 am on Christmas Eve but also closes for the entire day of December 25th.
Family Health Care centers in Fairbury, Farmer City, and Gibson City have specified their individual holiday hours as well. Notably, Dr. Lowe's practice within Family Health Care of Fairbury will be closed on Monday preceding both holidays as well as their eves.
