Springfield Avenue westbound lane closure planned for tree removal

A City contractor is set to close the westbound lane of Springfield Avenue, along with the left turn lane, between Wheaton Avenue and New Street. This closure is scheduled for Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., depending on weather conditions. The purpose of this closure is to facilitate tree removal in the area. During this period, westbound traffic will be redirected.
