Senator Rose files bill to ban carbon sequestration over Mahomet Aquifer

In response to Governor Pritzker signing SB 1289 into law against his strong opposition, Senator Rose filed a new bill, Senate Bill 3963, that bans carbon sequestration activity over the federally designated sole-source Mahomet Aquifer. "Sign the following petition if you want to help keep our drinking water safe."
