III. Review, Discussion and of Request for Variance by to erect a 24 x 24 garage at 223 S. Guthrie Street, by owners Julie & Timothy Brown, Gibson City, IL 60936. The building permit was denied due to violation of the number of accessory buildings permitted per lot. (Chapter 40 - Zoning Article V-Accessory Buildings 40-5-5(1).
IV. Zoning Board Recommendation to put forth to city council.
