Discussion and Consideration of Any Action from the Plan Commission Meeting of February 26, 2024 Concerning a Request by Jason Mackinson for a Request to Rezone Two Properties he Owns, Parcel Numbers: 09-11-11-431-006 and 09-11-11-431-007-629 (Common Addresses 625 and 629 E. 7th St.) from R-1 to Either B-1, B-2 or B-3.

B. Discussion of Update on the Completed Water, Sewer and Storm Sewer GIS Mapping

C. Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Supporting Spending Any Approved Sales Tax Increase for the Use of The City Swimming Pool

D. Consideration of a motion to go into Executive Session for the limited purposes of discussing the acquisition of a specific parcel of real estate to be used for a public purpose pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(5).

E. Return to Open Session

F. Consideration of an Ordinance authorizing the purchase of a tract of real estate located outside of the City to be used for public purposes.
