City of Gibson Plan Commission met Nov. 20.

II. Approval of November 8th, 2023 meeting minutes.

IV. New Business
A. Discussion and Consideration of request to rezone 111 and 115 N Church from Business to Residential 2. Owner Lori Day wants to match the zoning of properties that are directly south and zoned Residential 2, multi-family housing.
B. Discussion and Consideration of request by Paul Sarantakos, 120 W. 11th Street, to be granted a Special Use Permit to operate a licensed massage therapy service from their home.
V. Old Business - Continued items from the November 8, 2023 Public Hearing
A. Reconvene the Public Hearing from Wednesday, November 8th regarding Solar Farm Special Use Permit and Consideration of an Annexation Agreement for same.
VI. B. Discussion / possible recommendation to City Council regarding Special Use Permit and Proposed Pre-Annexation Agreement.
VII. Adjourn.
