V. AN ORDINANCE amending a prior bond authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2023 of the City of Gibson City, Ford County, Illinois, in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $2,300,000 for the purpose of financing the costs of certain capital projects within the City and paying for costs related thereto, and providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on said bonds.
