o Self-closing & latching gate for the baby pool
o Information on what kind of materials are available to put in areas around the ladders.
• Review Guard Contracts provided used last year
• Review the possibility of incorporating shiftwork for the guards this year
• Review 2022 attendance
New Business
• Set the opening date for the pool.
• Set Pool Board Meeting dates for the remainder of the season.
