How did home prices perform in Hammond during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Hammond rose by $77,700 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,500 - a 260.7% increase over the $29,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hammond in the third quarter of 2020.
