1 CALL TO ORDER

Silence all cell phones

2 ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS

PRESENT: Clem Gottsacker, Daniel Birenbaum, Don Tuhy, Joan Gottsacker, Pete Anzia, Vickie Boehnlein, and Carissa Barnes and Clerk Julie Lesar and Building Inspector Roger Kison

EXCUSED:

a) The meeting is compliant with Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws.

b) All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance to American Flag and Moment of Silence.

3 APPROVAL OF MINUTES

a) Plan Commission Meeting minutes February 22, 2021:

MOTION CARRIED by the following votes:

Ayes: Clem Gottsacker, Daniel Birenbaum, Don Tuhy, Joan Gottsacker, Pete Anzia, Vickie Boehnlein, and Carissa Barnes

4 BUILDING INSPECTOR REPORT

Building Inspector Roger Kison provided the potential of four to five new construction planned in the Ardennes and Heritage Park subdivisions. Work has started on the two apartment buildings on First Street. The new owner of Hobos Restaurant is doing a total interior remodel.

5 AGENDA ITEMS: CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING:

a) Make recommendation to Village board regarding zoning ordinance #03-21 to repeal §§ 270-20.1m 270-20.2, and 270.3 related to condominium overlay districts:

MOTION CARRIED by the following votes:

Ayes: Clem Gottsacker, Daniel Birenbaum, Don Tuhy, Joan Gottsacker, Pete Anzia, Vickie Boehnlein, and Carissa Barnes

b) Make recommendation to Village Board regarding ordinance #04-21 to repeal and recreate §§ 270-30 and 270-31 and amend § 270-111 related to conditional use permit and zoning protest procedures:

MOTION CARRIED by the following votes:

c) Make recommendation to Village Board regarding Zoning ordinance #05-21 to amend §§ 168-18, 168-20, and 168-87 related to plat approval procedures:

MOTION CARRIED by the following votes:

Ayes: Clem Gottsacker, Daniel Birenbaum, Don Tuhy, Joan Gottsacker, Pete Anzia, Vickie Boehnlein, and Carissa Barnes

d) Approve building plans for new construction 969 Horseshoe Court tax key #18- 117-0061.000

The Commission members reviewed the building plans. Dan Birenbaum asked Roger Kison about driveway width for the three-car garages that are being built. Residents are having to cut out additional curbing for their driveway. Julie Lesar verified that per Village Ordinance § 270-48.B "Opening for vehicular ingress and egress shall not exceed 30 feet at the street right-of-way and 35 feet at the curbline (or roadway)."

e) Approve building plans for new construction 264 Nick's Way tax key #18-117- 0007.000: The Commission members reviewed the building plans.

Motion was made by Clem Gottsacker to adjourn at 7:23 pm. Motion was seconded by Don Tuhy. MOTION CARRIED unanimously.
