Village of Rossville Finance & Purchasing Committee met Sept. 21.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
Trustee Leaver called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. The meeting was held at the Rossville Municipal Building located at 120 East Attica Street in Rossville.
Committee members physically present-Trustees Leaver and Black Committee members absent –Trustee Maden
Guests present were Mayor Queen, Clerk White, Trustees Cornell, Mahorney and Sturm and Rosella Ray
Minutes of the July 20, 2020 and August 17, 2020 committee meetings were presented. Motion was made by Leaver, seconded by Black to dispense with the reading of the minutes and accept the minutes as presented. Vote: Leaver, yes; Black, yes.
Current bills were reviewed. Motion was made by Leaver, seconded by Black to accept the bills and pay them as presented. Vote: Leaver, yes; Black, yes.
Motion was made by Leaver, seconded by Black to adjourn the meeting. Vote: Leaver, yes; Black, yes. The meeting adjourned at 6:51 p.m.
