8.a. Introduce and Approve Resolution 7-20 Reducing Alcohol License renewal fees for 2020-21 licensing year.

8.b. Approve recommendation of Finance & Personnel committee to adopt the Employee Deductible Reimbursement policy version requested by staff.

8.c. Appoint members to Silver Beach Road committee. Tabled from March and May Village Board Meetings. Original motion approved at joint Village/Town Board meeting February 10, 2020: "form a committee to look into grants and cost of engineering to move forward with the Silver Beach road project."

9. NEW BUSINESS - CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING:

9.a. Introduce and Approve Resolution 8-20 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report

9.b. Discussion and possible action regarding Fair Labor Standards Act: Calculating regular rate of pay as applied to calculating overtime wages for non-exempt employees.

9.c. Approve Alcohol Beverage Retail License Renewals.

9.f. Approve new operator license:

9.g. Discussion of opening Village per Ozaukee/Washington County Health Dept guidelines:

Public Meetings, Board of Review, Park Shelter rental, Baseball leagues, Fire Works.

Possible approval of Addendum to Village of Belgium Park User Agreement.

9.h. Approve Finance & Personnel's recommendation to approve payment of Chestnut Street Change order. General fund portion $5,595.80 paid from GF Fund Balance and $3,613.8 paid from SF Maintenance Budget.

9.i. Motion to convene in closed session pursuant to § 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats., for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public property where competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, to-wit: to deliberate and develop negotiating strategy for, and discuss the terms and conditions of, possible purchase of property from Allen Cota for storm water pond.

 Reconvene to open session
