Monticello home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Monticello rose by $31,150 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,900 - a 20.9% increase over the $148,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Monticello in March 2019.
