Bement home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Bement rose by $44,300 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,300 - a 177.2% increase over the $25,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Bement in the first quarter of 2019.
