51 Champaign County residents in their fifties test positive for COVID-19

As of May 20, there have been 51 Champaign County residents in their fifties who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

There have been 1,186 residents in their fifties in the county who had been tested, meaning that four percent of those tested have the coronavirus. Through May 20, there have been 472 confirmed COVID-19 cases and seven deaths from the coronavirus in Champaign County.
