Illinois State Senate District 52 issued the following announcement on Feb. 6.
State Senator Scott Bennett (D-Champaign) and State Representative Mike Marron (R-Fithian) invite residents to their February joint office hour in Rantoul.
Senator Bennett and Representative Marron host a joint office hour on the second Thursday of each month from 12 to 1 p.m. at the Rantoul Area Chamber of Commerce (120 E. Sangamon Ave., Rantoul) to assist with constituent services.
“I feel it’s important to stay in direct contact with community members so I can stay aware of their concerns,” Bennett said. “I invite anyone who has a question about what’s going on in Springfield or an urgent concern about state government to stop by the Chamber next Thursday for assistance.”
